Have you heard of the “Hall of Faith”?

It’s found in Hebrews 11, which tells the amazing stories of men and women of God through the ages who put their faith in Him.

By faith they “conquered kingdoms, administered justice, and gained what was promised… shut the mouths of lions, quenched the fury of the flames, and escaped the edge of the sword.” Their weakness was turned to strength; they became powerful in battle and routed foreign armies.…

What would Jesus do?

A few years ago, it seemed like everyone was sporting a bracelet or T-shirt or ball cap with the initials “WWJD” – What Would Jesus Do? The question came from a book by Charles Sheldon, based on the Scripture in 1 Peter 2:21, which says Jesus left us His example, that we should “follow in His steps.”

Nowhere can we see this example more clearly than in Matthew 4, where Jesus models for us how we should handle confrontation with the enemy of our souls.…
